What to expect during your massage therapy appointment:

If this is your first visit to receive massage, great! Looking forward to our appointment together.
Good Medicine Collective is located at 231 York St. where you will find an intake form if this is your first appointment.
We have a comfortable waiting area/lounge where you will find a hot tea station, water, and restrooms available, it’s a beautiful space to relax and get settled before your appointment.
If you are receiving a Thai Massage please we loose fitting clothing (like yoga pants, sweatpants, running shorts, and layers).

Payment and Gratuity

All sessions must be paid in full prior to (credit card/Venmo @larabelle1) or at the time of service (cash/check/credit card/venmo).
Cash, check or Venmo (@larabelle1) payments are preferred.
Gratuities will be accepted if offered, but are never expected.

Cancellation/Rescheduling and Refunds

When you book an appointment, I commit that time and reserve it just for you. A lot of scheduling requests and juggling happen to hold this space just for you, please be conscious of that.
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without a charge. You will receive both a text and email reminder more than 24 hours in advance (from Acuity Online Scheduling) to make any needed changes in advance without a charge.
For appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than a 24-hour notice you will be obligated to pay for your session in full with the card that is on file, thank you for your understanding and cooperation with this policy.

Exceptions can be made in certain circumstances with discretion,, life happens. During the pandemic, illness related cancellations will be taken into consideration.

Arriving Late

I do my best to schedule appointments at the convenience of our clients. However, we cannot extend sessions beyond the scheduled time frame to accommodate late arrivals. Should you arrive late, we will provide the fullest treatment possible within the allotted time. Please text 207-408-3043 to let me know if you are running late. I will always try to work with you, please communicate, thank you.

Sickness

Massage/bodywork are not appropriate if you have any infectious or contagious illnesses. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.
